Overview

Calilio AI Call Analytics is the AI reporting layer that sits on top of the Calilio phone system. When a call ends, Calilio's AI generates a structured report attached to the call recording: transcription, summary, the reason for the call, a conclusion tag (resolved, pending, or follow-up required), and a sentiment score of positive, negative, or neutral for the conversation.

Above the per-call view, an Advanced Report and AI dashboard surface trends: most common reasons for calls, sentiment breakdowns over time, and agent-level performance. Reports can be exported to PDF for QA, training, or record-keeping.

This page is the AI-analytics feature, not the number provisioning or routing layer. Buying virtual numbers, setting up IVR, and configuring queues live under Calilio. AI Call Analytics only becomes useful once a team is already running enough call volume that structured after-call insight matters.

The usual caveats apply: AI transcripts and sentiment scores are analysis and not a replacement for a human review of sensitive calls, and recording and analysis of calls is subject to consent and disclosure rules that vary by jurisdiction.

Best for

Support and sales managers, quality-assurance leads, and operations owners who want structured after-call insight instead of manual note-taking, on top of an existing Calilio phone system.

Teams that already handle inbound or outbound calls on Calilio and want to review conversations at scale: identify why customers call, spot dissatisfied callers, coach agents with real transcripts, and keep downloadable records for compliance or training.

Helps with: Automatic per-call transcription, AI call summaries, reason-for-call detection, call conclusion tagging (resolved, pending, follow-up), positive/negative/neutral sentiment scoring, agent and reason dashboards, and PDF export of individual call reports.

Not ideal for

It does not sell or manage the phone numbers themselves (that lives in Calilio) and does not remove the need for consent, disclosure, and recording-law review. AI-generated transcripts and sentiment tags are analysis, not a substitute for a human review of high-stakes calls.

Pros

  • Automatic per-call transcription and AI summary
  • Reason for call and call conclusion tagging
  • Positive/negative/neutral sentiment analysis
  • Advanced dashboard with trends across agents and call reasons
  • Downloadable PDF call reports
  • Runs on top of an existing Calilio phone system
  • Useful for QA, coaching, and compliance records

Cons

  • Requires Calilio as the underlying phone system
  • AI transcripts and sentiment can misclassify individual calls
  • Recording and analytics are subject to local consent laws
  • Advanced reporting availability may depend on the plan
  • Not designed as a general business-intelligence tool
